Not terrible water, a tad high in sodium but not to worry. Unlikely a source of haziness. Good that they publish that, many of us had to buy a $45 water test to learn that.
 
Sodium is Na, SO4 is either Sulfates (Alkalinity?) or English ale Yeast from Fermentis
Ya, so the report doesn't list the sulfate level. Not crucial to know, but important to be able to determine chloride to Sulfate ratio.
At the end of the day, if the beer is good, the beer is good, eliminate the chloromine and make beer!

Agree on the chloride/sulfate ratio. I had the Wards Lab Brewers Test done (well spent money) and it told me what I had already learned. My water is good for dark brews like browns and not good for IPAs. Distilled water works, when needed. The advanced brewers know what to add to fix the balance in their water. A relatively cheap filter on my sink did wonders for water quality, both ale and coffee brewing.
