Lemon/lime are tough flavors to get right. i would highly recommend not adding any additional until you get it carbed. They get very acidic very quickly and can end up more bitter then lemony.Well almost carbonated and did a taste. It's still yeasty and wheaty. I seem to notice the mandarin more than lemon.
Not sweet. Interesting aroma though but I think it's the hazy IPA yeast. It's only my second full pint and I'm not using a floating dip tube so it's still pulling some yeast. Don't think it's hops because I only used a small bittering charge. Definitely The Hazy yeast. It's fruity. I've never used that yeast without a bunch of hops. It's good. I ordered some more wheat malt. I have a NEIPA coming up maybe pitch a wheat to the cake. Always looking for beers to brew in a series. This may work.Interesting. Well I'm using cellar Science Hazy IPA. Usually for my summer wheat I pitch Chico.The only yeast I’ve gotten really good mandarin orange aroma was Belle Saison and MJ French Saison strains. Both were very nice with the latter having a bit more pronounced aroma and a bit of flavor as well.

I've pulled through the crud about 4 pints. Very clear and very good. Can't finger the aroma. The yeast says fruity esters so it a combination of that the lemon and mandarin. That's what I like about. If I was handed a glass I probably couldn't recognize the fruit
