Any beer goes with schnitzelSchnitzel?
Thanks for sharing thatDrinking lots of water and tea, after consuming SuPrep in preparation for tomorrow morning’s colonoscopy. Oh joy, I get to wake again at 3am to do another round of SuPrep and copious amounts of water to clear out my system. I have not had anything to eat since last night’s dinner, and won’t be able to eat anything until tomorrow noon. Good thing I don’t get hangry.
Glad I could help. Within the hour, I will be on my way to the hospital for my procedure, with fingers crossed that everything turns out normal. I look forward to some food and beer after this forced dry spell. Thanks for sharing that

Never used Phil's sour yeast I always use goodbelly to sour. I'll have to Google thatOur local brewery made their first Lager so this weekend we got a growler filled with that and another with their Session IPA. Neither one lasted long haha
Last night we tried a bottle of a lime margarita Gose I made with Philly Sour yeast and I'm pretty impressed with it!
We did a side by side taste test with Phillips Brewing Lime Margarite Gose; both are very different but we liked mine better. The Phillips brewing one tasted like margarita mixed with beer vs. a sour beer with with lime & coriander, if that makes sense haha.
Any beer goes with schnitzel
I mis-read that, I thought it was an ingredient! D’oh…Any beer goes with schnitzel
