Show me your gardening Progress

Did a little trimming and cleanup yesterday. I've got veggies in the felt pots, and the brick garden bed will hopefully be wildflowers for pollinators. I'm trying to keep as many edible plants as possible, for myself and the wildlife (dandelion, false strawberry, American plantain). I see lots of birds back there so hopefully it's a nice habitat for them.

I'll find a good spot eventually.
I think I harvest what I got and plant out most again.
Maybe my termites have a preference for ginger

Still too wet here..but I did pitch my tomato plants and moved my peppers into larger pots from their seedling pots....I use plastic egg crates to start my sprouted seeds.

I use the carton ones
Just cut them up and they can go into the ground without disturbing the roots

Edit: carton should be cardboard. Sort of

30 yards! That is a LOT of soil.

I'm impressed and surprised that these flower boxes made it through the winter. A nice pop of color

Love me some Richmond gardens...nice work Sunfire! Something about the red brick against the green foliage and some old rosemary bush wafting its way up my nose...a real sensory treat!

I planted out some more chili's.
Coffee is starting to make another set of leaves
2 mango's germinated
Split some lemongrass and sowed some chinese cabbage.
Green peas and mange tous did not germinate very well. Out of green pea, but will give the mange tous seed another chance.

I'll have a nice ripe pawpaw tomorrow and won't be long before the masau are ready. Just hope I can keep the monkeys away

under at least a foot of grass and ready for planting this weekend.
Still wet and soft in the paths though.

I needed (wanted) some new chili paste, so took a wander in the garden.
Picked galangal, chili's (lombok), lemongrass.
Grabbed red onions from last year's harvest and bought garlic
Pounded, ground, fried and put in a bottle.
Forgot to take a pic.

Nice time of the year. Masau fruit is ready and pawpaw's, egg plant, yelliw pepper and cherry tomatoes are producing :)
