Notes

Take .80-1.5 LBS of pils malt and Mash at 150-155 for 1 hour

cool mash to 122 degrees and add a handful of crushed malt.

Keep mash sealed and at 95-120 degrees for 2-4 days but KEEP at 95-120 degrees

No smells should be going on!

On brew day stir in half the sour mash into your normal mash then when mash is done add the other half.

Pitch yeast at 68 degrees
