Kok opp 19 liter vann og bland i alle ingrediensene unntatt sukker. Småkokes i 30 minutter. Ha sjokolademalt og limezest i humlepose eller lignende, og ha med de siste fem minuttene. Tilsett deretter sukker, og la det løse seg opp.
