Notes
Add .75gal Ft Collins water to a pot. Heat to 180F,
add 2lbs of cane sugar. Let 5 mins pass.
Add Lilac Flowers. Let 10 mins pass.
Add Yeast nutirent, lemon juice, and tanin chill to <80F
While chilling, Sani fermenter with one part vinegar one part distilled water. 5 min contact time. Dump sani, add chilled fermentables.
Pitch 1 pack of D47 yeast.
Ferment for 3-4 weeks and pacakge
