Erster Versuch eines NEIPAs das ich zu hause braue, das aber so gut schmeckt wie eine teure Dose aus dem Craftbier Shop.

Whirlpool Hops wurden "Dip gehoppt": 1 Stunde vorm Brau-Ende habe ich einen Liter 82°C warmes Wasser auf meine Whirlpool Hopfen im Gärbehälter gegeben.
