me parecio una buena cerveza se gano una medalla de bronze sosprendiendo a jurados por el estilo raro de la competencia ... el ahumado me gusto no quedo para nada invasivo lo cual fue raro por la cantidad que tiene .. para la acidificacion use levadura philly sour de lallemand que primero genera acidez y luego fermenta el mosto .. el unico problema que tuve fue la retencion de espuma me gustaria estar desgustando esta cerveza mientras escribo esta reseña para dejar mas datos certero de lo que fue ...pero prometo volver a recrear teniendo en cuenta las notas personales que me dejo
