Notes

A simple recipe that can fit either a saison or pilsner style depending on the yeast chosen and that can be used to try different hops in a non-american style.

Mash schedule from Classic Beer Style Series on Continental Pilsener. Also inspired by Farmhouse Ales' classic saison recipe.

The first-wort addition should serve a dual purpose as the bittering and flavour addition.
