Steep grains 30 min @ 170
Add 1 Tbsp 15 min before end of boil
Dry Hop for 4 day then rack from from fermentor and clarify.
Rack to keg and carbonate to CO2 level volume 2 - 2.5

Originally planned on .75 lb of Crystal malt but couldn't get it. May try next time.
