Notes

With an OG of 1.036, I hoped to keep this small, but tasty. In the end, it was a little too weak for me. 2.25 Maris Otter; 1 flaked wheat; 0.15 Best acidulated and 0.5 Simpsons Crisp Amber. Hop schedule was 14g Perle at 60 and 14g at 0.

New recipe bumps up the Maris otter to 3kg for 1.044. And Acidulated malt goes up to 0.2kg. Salt is dropped from 15g to 10g, and Hop schedule is changed.
