Notes

Good color /clarity & carbonation. First there is som sweetness from the munich malt then graininess /wheat flavour takes över. Some subtle pear esters in the aroma and earthy hop character.
Not very bitter.
Little more bitterness needed . Maybe a little less munich malt. Ended up at 6.2 % and 85 % attenuation !.
