At start of boil add cascade, Add Liberty at 30 minutes, add corn sugar at 40 minutes, add LME and whirlfloc at 50 minutes, at flame out add water to get up to 4 gallons and hops, checked gravity at 17.2 Brix, added 1 gallon to fermentor and siphoned wort at 70 degrees, checked gravity 12 Brix SG 1.052
