Notes

Cereal mash of enriched "corn flour" and regular rice. Pitched dry Sat Feb 1 @9PM 63ºF. Gravity dropped 41 pts in 1st 4 days, 8 more the next 2 days. 1.007 after 6 days, krauzen still, dry hopped. SG 1.000 at 9 days!
