Notes

Kinda took this idea from the reddit link above. Used my own in house wheat beer/fruit base beer, but stealing the fruit idea. Will probably use 4 lbs or frozen, whole cranberries, because i bought them for a milk stout but didn't use them

"After the beer is finished, kegged, and carbonated, make a batch of cranberry sauce in a food processor with:

2 12-oz packages of cranberries

2 oranges (zest and pulp only, no pith)

1-2 inch knob of fresh ginger

A few tablespoons of sugar help bring the juice out of the cranberries

Put this into a strainer and get as much liquid out of the cranberry sauce as possible. Add the liquid to the keg and add some additional CO2 to make sure it's fully carbed."
