Notes

Upped sulfate and calcium to slightly below Randy Mosher's recommendation for pale and hoppy.

Going to try to soft cold crash (54) for a day or two post diacetly pass and transfer to purged dry hop keg and let it warm up to 60-63 degrees. Dry hop for 2-3 days then crash hard to 32.

Transfer to purged serving keg on gelatin to clear it up. Last IPA this tended to help clear the beer well. Hoping to get some nice character from Bells house yeast and if this is a decent pale ale recipe grist wise will play around with different fermentation temperatures.
