Notes

This is an IPA called Magnum PI-PA created by beerbros.co.za here in South Africa. The result is a very strong, bitter, citrus flavored ale.

Note that the first hop addition "Northan Brewer" is done 15min before you get to the boil, I wasn't able to add a correct time for this.
