mashed with 5-6 gallons (enough to cover grains) for 1 hour at 149, about 155 the last 15 minutes. squeezed the hell out of the bag I dont care what you say about it.

boil, whirlpool, pitch.

dry hop after 4 days, leave for about 13 days, secondary for a couple days because I got distracted. cold crash before bottling.

primed with 3.6oz dextrose
only last a couple weeks
