Notes

Wheat Malt is supposed to be oak smoked wheat malt
Reduced grain bill from Robyn's recipe by 20%
Hops amount just a guess (finding out amount from Robyn)
Original recipe:
19 L Fermenter Vol
Malt: Golden Promise 3kg, Carapils 500g, Crystal 60 480g, Flaked barley 250g, oat smoked wheat malt 100g, Roasted barley 45g
Hops: Fuggles (6.0% AA) @ 60 min
Yeast: Imperial Tartan A31
Heather Addition: 56g @ 60 min, 28g @ 15 min, 28 @ 0 min, 56g @ dry hop
Salts: 14g Calcium Sulphate, 14 g Calcium Chloride
Mash temp = 66.7 celcius,
OG: 1.039
FG: 1.012 - 1.010
Other notes: dry hop was 3 days long. I boiled up half a liter to 1 liter of beer then added the heather at pasteurize temp and held it for 10 minute. The heather gets super clumpy so you need to stir it to keep it fully submerged.
