WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Kegged this and liked the way it came out. I used some Ethiopian beans for the coldbrew and added it right before I kegged it. Ethiopian beans are more fruity and tangy than some other types that might give more of that dark and smoky coffee flavor. I liked this choice, as it made it feel a little lighter tasting than if I would have used maybe a Columbian variety. Had Thresher from Burial not too long ago and this wasn't too far off.
