Notes

IPA Single Hop - um único tipo de lúpulo (Nelson Sauvin)

Cor: dourada/ acobreada
Aroma: uva verde, castanhas e maracuja
Sabor: pouco dulçor de malte, presenca forte do lupulo que traz a uva verde tambem no sabor. Amargor pronunciado e pungente, mas muito evanescente. Retrogosto seco, baixo corpo.

Recomendações:

  • armazenar a garrafa em pé na geladeira
  • consumir o quanto antes para aproveitar ao máximo os aromas do lúpulo
  • temperatura de serviço: 5º ~ 7º
  • copo: IPA Glass ou tulipa (vide imagem abaixo)
