Notes

From now on in my recipes, I'm going to use the "aroma" label to indicate hops added after "flameout" on the grainfather, i.e. while pumping wort into the fermentor. This process usually takes some time, which here I'm assuming to be 15 minutes. The hops should be stirred until it forms a sludge at the bottom of the grainfather.
