Notes

Add 8g gypsum, 4g Epsom Salt, and 4g CalCL to 10 gl strike water. Some water will be used for sparge. Top off hot liquor tank after mash with 5 gl water and heat to 178 for sparge. Hops added at whirlpool below 180 degrees.
