Notes

This is the best IPA I have brewed so far.

This recipe has changed drastically from the first brew. Every brew was different and it is now at a point where the addition of Citra has created a lovely citrusy, fruity IPA. Everybody loves this beer, even the diehard lager drinkers.

The mash was initially 40 l infusion and 20 l fly sparge. I now start with 60 litres in my RIMS system and just drain without sparging.
