07/22/17
~Color is off, looks like muddy river water?!
~Used a half pack of US-05 yeast. Fermenting in a 3 gal., carboy.
~End volume is off by about 2 pints.
07/24/17
~Fermentation is going well. Smell is a nice yeast/bread smell. CO2 is bubbling away. Average temp seems to be between 68F and 70F.
