Notes

The Mild is actually Joe White Traditional Ale, amber and roasted barley also Joe White. Weyermann Carared and Briess Torrified red wheat.

Tried this one a bit early as I was out of beer, but it is bloody beautiful. In fact I think I'll put another down this weekend.

I did make the second batch, and knocked it off just as quick. Have discovered my thermometer on the mash tun was way off, so will be making some changes next time.
