Notes

-Pasteurize wort at 180f for 20 minutes.
-Chill to 110F and pitch lactobacillus
-Incubate for 24hrs target ph3.6 add a few pellets of styrian goldings to halt souring.
-Boil wort for 15 minutes adding all hops at flameout.
-Whirlpool for 1 hour
-chill to 90f and pitch brett.
