Notes

At end of primary, meh. I'm getting some oxidation flavors, its certainly all of the 50 IBUs the model predicted. Not too bad beer. I think this is definitely one I need to move into a secondary and leave the trubb and spent hops. Alcohol based on FG of 1.011 is just over 5 on 8 days of fermentation. So again a starter and OYL did a good job on fermentation as FG is lower than model predicted.

Moving to a secondary did the trick. Flavor is a hoppy biscuit with nice bitterness lingering to pinch out the strong malt on the finish. I'm starting to like it. I got the carbonation set right and really starting to enjoy this one.
