Notes

1 - Heat water to 160, then steep grains for 20 min
2 - Mix in extract, turn heat back on to boil
3 - When boiling, add Columbus hops, set timer for 45 minutes (Add Chinook hops and Lactose and boil for another 15)
4 - Cool wort down to room temp. Put in fermenter and add yeast
5 - After done fermenting, add vanilla and vodka, let sit for 1 week.
