2/5/17: Maybe I should actually start updating about stuff again. Woops. We bottled this yesterday. Spent 2 weeks in secondary and a week in primary. Should come out amazing considering what we transferred and sampled yesterday was peaty as hell, sweet with toffee notes and had a nice, herbal and earthy flavor from the hops.
