Notes

Faudrait au moins 3 sachets de levure. Pour avoir un bon pitch rate et ils en rajoute toujours à l'embouteillage pour les belges.
Je suggèere pour la science qu'on boive chacun 1 orval le soir de l'embouteillage et qu'on pitch notre fond d'orval dans quelques litres pour voir ce que ça donne.
