Monday night, 30 degrees, and low on propane. Decided to try a 30 min boil. Time started after protein break. 10 min stand after flameout.
hoping for 76% attenuation. yeast packet was about 2 weeks young
Only did the 7 day dry hop. Kegged 5/4, pretty darn hoppy
