Used refractometer with correction.
Took a little longer than anticipated due to the yeast strain as well as the lower temperatures in the fermentation area for the first week. Looks good now! |

Taste was a bit metalic by RM but others did not find this.
Carbonation is not as high as we would like. Decided to condition for another week or so. Will try on next brew day |

Taste is really good. Just the carbonation is lower than expected or desired. Conditioning for 1 more week....... |
