Notes

Ferment @ 68 for 14 days. Soak 1 oz oak chips and 1 vanilla bean in bourbon during primary.

Rack to secondary. Add oak chips, vanilla beans, .5 oz bourbon, 1 oz lightly roasted coffee during secondary. Age at least 2 weeks.

Bottle condition, age 6-8 weeks.
