Notes

An attempted batch to investigate whether a no-sparge, no-boil, no-chill beer will work. Batch will be full volume mashed in a cooler (~27.3L of mash water, 5.5kg of grain, should give about the right volume of wort). Wort then raised to just before a boil (~99C), hops tossed in (probably with a whirlfloc tab, as it isn't getting a boil), then flame cut, give it a good stir, stick a lid on it and leave it outside overnight to chill.
