Combined with the syrup, gravity is 1.055 - direct hit. Mashed cooler than intended - boiling point in Aurora is 197° |

One point high on gravity. Brewhouse efficiency over 70% again. Pitched at 68°, primary fermentation 50° - 55°. |

Better than the previous version - the process of pulling out the first quart of runnings and cooking it down to syrup worked. The beer is a little malt bomb! |
