6/14/15 3 gallon at 170 into mash, sat 45 min and added 2 gallon at 170 to let sit another 45, Added 1 lb light amber candi sugar 5 mins before flame out. 1.063
6/28/15 3.75 gallons in secondary, 1.013, added 1 oz cascade to dry hop
7/3/15 used light dry malt and corn sugar to prime, also added a 1/2 teaspoon of yeast when priming. no gravity changes, tastes very hoppy :)
