Notes

Notes: Change the 2 row from 12 to 8 lbs and crystal from 1 to 5 lbs English 2-row. (they only had 8# of 2 row left) They had no Amarillo hops, so I changed to the home grown cascade instead of Amarillo.

My Notes: I calculated the IBU for the changes = 120 IBUs
