Notes

Brewed 08/02/15 using bottled water Swindon water is not good.

Steep 300g of Cascade at 65 degrees C for 30 mins prior to adding malt extract during the boil. Boil for 60 mins adding hops at correct times.
Add maple and honey with 15 mins left of boil.
Start SG 1065 at 20 C

12//02/15 - Dry hop with 20g

17/02/15 - racked into another fermenting bin

21/02/15 bottled

Final SG 1014 at 18 C

APPROX ABV 6.8%
