Notes

So much flavour, not bone dry but enough body to support the hops. It's got that lovely 'strawberry cream' flavour and aroma that I seem to get when using large amounts of cascade and centennial. Bottle conditioned with half a teaspoon of table sugar in each bottle o the carbonation is just right, not too much. Definitely strong enough at 7.8%. If my liver would allow it then I'd happily drink a couple of these every night!
