Notes

Wanted to use Tettnager and Taurus for the hop additions but could not find them. Used Perle and Hal Mittelfruh as replacements.

This no-smoked version made it to the final round of the Texas Craft Brewers Guild competition in Feb 2026 and just missed out on a medal.
