Notes

Before Carbonation: Very close in taste to the Grimsberger Belgian Blond. Slightly darker, a touch more hoppy, and with a distinctive bite of soft bitterness.

After Carbonation 6 weeks later: it is slightly darker than a classical Belgian Blonde. Still, the blonde profile is well-maintained. Close to a Grimsberger but the East Coast hoppiness gives it a distinctive signature depressing the sweetness of a classic blonde.

Acclaimed by my friends (unfortunately).
