Comments: Good beer. Great appearance. To improve work on head retention, as well as look at water profile to
smooth out the hops astringency. Look at process and not tweaking the recipe, it seems solid. More head will
give more aroma, and maybe a whirlpool hop addition at less than 80 degrees C will give you that aroma you
desire without adding much flavor and bitterness. good job.
