Notes

Conversion:
Bring 4 gallons to 175F.
Mix grains and split into two batches so 8lbs can fit a 4 gallon pot loosely
Pour half grains into a BIAB bag in the fermentor with 2 gallons water and mix well.
Pour the remaining grains into the boil pot with the 2 gallon & mix well.
wrap both in blankets and stir each every 20 mins for 90 mins
test with iodine.
Pour boil pot grains into fermentor to strain them
lift & drain all grains into fermentor while heating sparge to 175F
Measure and sparge to 3.5 gallons wort
Return to boil pot and boil/hop per normal 90 mins
Protein Crash over ice in the fermentor to get 5+ gallons at pitching temperature; its super fast and bagged ice is sterile enough.
