I lost about 3 gallons due to a line break during close transfer. If it wasn't for that, I would of had 5 gallons. |

Can taste the roasted of the pecans, but not the pecans itself.
Can not taste the orange zest, vanilla extract or the graham cracker extract. Add more to next brew.
The SRM is too dark, need to adjust on chocolate grains.
BJCP SRM is 18 to 35, and this is at 27. Try to go to 23 next time. |
