Notes

Excellent result - seems to be a very reliable recipe.
10 days in the fermenter at around 18/19C. Ready to drink after only 7 days post bottling rather than the normal 14.
Fruity - mandarin, not grapefruit as intended. Good haze with a reasonable bitter bite and well balanced malt body.
All in all, very drinkable fruity NEIPA with very good feedback from all tasters. Works at cask (10C) and fridge temp (5C)
