Notes

I couldn't take gravity readings without significant losses in volume.
I got 13 bottles of 330 ml out of it and 200 ml I used to measure FG @2.8 degrees Plato.

I had it conditioning for 4 weeks at 12 degrees.

Colour: a copper like orange

Nose: citrus, peach, apricot

Palate: clean, good body, IBU right on the mark, lots of tropical and citrus fruits
Carbonization: Nice small bubbles and a good amount

Finish: not too bitter and again those fruits

Overall: a shame I only have 13 otherwise I'd make frequent walks to the fridge.
