Notes

Dissolve 3.3 Lbs of LME and 1 Lbs of DME in 2 GAL of water
Steep Grains @ 170F for 30 Min
Boil for 60 min
Add Fuggle Hops at 60 min
Add East Kent Goldings at 15 min
Remove from heat at end of boil, stir in remaining LME & DME
Cool, add water to 5 gal batch size
