Notes

Turned into two hour boil to get boil off to 5.25 gal. Brought wort to 68 pitched. Fermented at about 65-67 ambient until vigorous fermentation was complete. Moved beer to more stable 68-69 temp until 4 weeks elapsed. Cold crashed for a day. Keg conditioned using 3/4 cup sugar with 2 cups water for 2 1/2 weeks at 68.
